Today, September 16, the Give a Child a Christmas campaign enters its final 60 days.
The campaign closes November 15—not December, but November—so we have the time to source gifts intentionally, deliver them thoughtfully, and show up for every enrolled child on Christmas morning without scrambling. That window closes in 60 days. Here is where we stand right now, and what it will take to get there.
The Numbers
Our goal for the 2026 cycle is $3,ooo. That means we need to raise the remining amount in the next 60 days to fully serve every child we’ve enrolled.
Why the Final Push Matters
Every campaign has a back half that counts more. Summer giving is wonderful—it’s the foundation. Fall giving is the finish line. The donors who give in September and October are often the ones who put the campaign over the top, serving the last children on the list who might otherwise be cut because the fund fell short.
The pooled model means every dollar goes toward serving every child. But the pool still has a floor—and right now, every gift brings us closer to the total that lets us say with full confidence: every enrolled child receives this Christmas.
