The Boswell Family Charitable Foundation is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization founded in 2020 on the conviction that an educated society is essential to a healthy one. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, regardless of financial barriers. 

By providing access to higher education, we act as a catalyst for change for individuals, families, and our entire community. We are committed to ensuring that doors are not closed to those who lack financial resources, and that education is available to all with the potential to succeed.

Our Mission: As a Christ-centered organization, our mission is to empower and support deserving young scholars without the financial means to pursue higher education. We are dedicated to the educational pursuits and overall character development of our community’s youth. 

Our Vision: To build a community that recognizes the importance of educational attainment and assures positive educational outcomes are accessible to all, with the ultimate goal of furthering Christ’s Kingdom through our service. 

Our Credentials 

We are proud to be a part of the 2025 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) Pool of Charities, a testament to our commitment to accountability and effective community service. This partnership allows federal employees and military personnel to easily support our mission to empower youth and strengthen our community.

How We Fulfill Our Vision 

To bring our mission to life, we are focused on these core activities: 

  • Promoting Educational Opportunity: We provide essential financial support for higher education through our scholarship programs. 
  • Empowering Through Action: We lead a collaborative network of community and educational partners who work together to support student preparation, transition, and and persistence to degree completion. 
  • Serving with Transparency: We provide clear information on making sound financial decisions. 
  • Building a Community of Givers: We offer opportunities for individuals to participate in our work through financial and in-kind support and volunteerism. 
  • Advocating for Change: We contribute to enlightened public policy through advocacy for postsecondary educational opportunity without financial barriers.
