The Boswell Family Charitable Foundation is excited to announce that the 2025–2026 Scholarship Application Period is officially OPEN! We are offering life-changing opportunities for deserving students to pursue their higher education goals through two distinct programs: the Boswell Family Scholarship and the Eron L. Coleman STEM Scholarship.

Boswell Family Scholarship: Recognizing the “Whole Person”
This scholarship is designed for high school seniors pursuing their educational and career goals. While academic achievement is important, we focus on the “whole person” concept, recognizing:
- Financial Need: To help those realize their dreams through support and love.
- Community Service: We value a demonstrable passion for serving the community.
- Communication: An applicant’s ability to communicate their vision in a personal statement is vitally important.
- Award: Up to three (3) scholarships of $750 each will be awarded.
Eron L. Coleman STEM Scholarship: Honoring a Legacy of Innovation
Named in memory of our friend and former board member, Eron L. Coleman, this scholarship supports a high school senior or college student committed to making a meaningful impact in cybersecurity, information technology, or other STEM fields.
- Ideal Candidate: A student who shows potential to drive innovation and can articulate their vision and goals.
- Award: One (1) scholarship of $750 will be awarded.
Required Application Materials
All applicants, regardless of the scholarship track, must submit the following materials by the March 27, 2026, deadline:
- Application Form
- Personal Statement: A 700-word essay connecting the financial assistance to your long-term vision.
- High School Transcript: Must show a minimum 2.70 cumulative GPA.
- Resume: Must demonstrate your involvement in the local community.
- One Letter of Recommendation: From a nominating high school teacher, guidance counselor, or professional mentor (not a family member or friend).
- Proof of College or Trade School Acceptance (Required for recipients).
